Coaching/Mentoring Agreement

This agreement is between Fred Gleeck (hereafter Fred) and Your Complete Name Here (client) for the provision of one-to-one telephone/face to face/e-mail coaching and mentoring services described below:

1. Fee: The cost of this lifetime coaching/mentoring program will be $20,000. An initial NON-refundable fee of $5,000 must accompany this agreement. The remaining balance of $15,000 will be paid by Your Complete Name Here as money is made each month. As monies are made, the dollars will be spilt 50-50 until the remaining balance of $15,000 is paid. After those monies are paid, then Your First Name will keep the next $20,000 of revenue before paying the percentage listed below.

   Fred will also receive 10% of gross sales of the products/services that he helps _________ produce and market after ________ has generated $40,000 in gross sales from our efforts.

2. Support: Coaching and mentoring with support by email, phone and face to face on a reasonably need basis. Fred will provide Your Complete Name Here with unlimited coaching via phone and email. Your Complete Name Here understands that he/she is not Fred's only client and therefore calls and emails will be returned as soon as possible given Fred's other commitments. It is Your Complete Name Here 's responsibility to stay in touch with Fred. Call or email him regularly, but understand that the speed of response depends on many factors. Also, please complete all assigned tasks before contacting Fred.
3. Recommendations will be made on finding the correct course of action in the area of niche information marketing.
4. Disclaimer: Your Complete Name Here has been made aware that the relationship with the Coach/Mentor and the practice of Mentoring/Coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling.
5. Confidentiality: The coach/mentor (Fred) will treat all business and personal information told to him by Your Complete Name Here as proprietary, privileged and confidential.
6. Acknowledgements: The undersigned client (Your Complete Name Here) hereby acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement, understands it, agrees to it and has been given a copy.

Please sign and return this agreement along with a check for $5,000 as soon as possible to get started.
